A man in Karachi survived a gun attack near Nishtar Park, as seen in dramatic CCTV footage.
The attack happened late at night in the Soldier Bazaar area when armed motorcyclists opened fire on a moving vehicle. The driver, identified as Manahil, an employee at NICVD Karachi, sped up to escape. However, the attackers chased the car. At a crossing, the vehicle collided with another car, and one of the assailants fired another shot before fleeing.
Manahil, 30, was injured and rushed to the hospital, where his condition is stable. Police suspect it was a targeted attack and are investigating the case from different angles.
The CCTV footage clearly shows the attacker’s face, which may help in identifying and arresting the suspect.
