Three Pakistani Schools Nominated for Top Global Prize.

Three from Pakistani schools — two in Lahore and one in Quetta — have been shortlisted for the World’s Best School Prizes 2025, according to a press release by T4 Education, the award’s founder.

The awards are among the most respected in global education and are given in five categories: Community Collaboration, Environmental Action, Innovation, Overcoming Adversity, and Supporting Healthy Lives. Finalists are chosen by expert judges based on strict standards.

The shortlisted Pakistani schools are: Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust Higher Secondary School and Nordic International School from Lahore, and Beaconhouse College Programme’s Juniper Campus in Quetta.

Sanjan Nagar School made it to the final 10 in the category of Overcoming Adversity. It is a charity-run school in Glaxo Town, Lahore, that follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Primary Years Programme (PYP). It started in an old factory and now has over 800 students.

Nordic International School was selected for its strong parent-school partnership and its focus on kindness and community support.

Beaconhouse’s Juniper Campus in Quetta was shortlisted for Community Collaboration. It runs “Science Gaari,” a mobile science lab bringing STEM education to children in poor rural areas. This project is supported by UNICEF.

All finalists will attend the World Schools Summit in Abu Dhabi this November. Despite this success, Pakistan’s education system still faces challenges, with millions of children out of school and limited funding for education.
