RAWALPINDI β Islamabad United continued their winning streak in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 with a dominant 47-run win over Multan Sultans on Wednesday night.
After being put in to bat first, Islamabad United posted a big total of 202 runs thanks to key contributions from Sahibzada Farhan (53 off 35), Colin Munro (48 off 25), and Jason Holder, who played a blazing knock of 32* off just 14 balls. The match began late due to a wet outfield but picked up pace with Unitedβs solid batting.
Despite losing early wickets, Unitedβs middle and lower order ensured they finished strong at 202/6 in their 20 overs.
π₯ Multanβs Chase Falls Short
In reply, Multan Sultans struggled to find momentum. They were bowled out for 155 in 18.4 overs. Captain Mohammad Rizwan scored 38, while Iftikhar Ahmed added 32, but their efforts werenβt enough against Unitedβs tight bowling.
Jason Holder led the bowling attack with 4 wickets, while Imad Wasim grabbed two. Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Shahzad, and Riley Meredith took one wicket each.

This win marks Islamabad Unitedβs third consecutive victory, putting them at the top of the PSL 10 points table. Meanwhile, Multan Sultans, having lost their only game so far, are placed fifth out of six teams.
