The Prime Minister urged the international community to pay attention to the situation in Kashmir and to support the right of the Kashmiri people to decide their own future. He said that lasting peace in South Asia is not possible without a fair solution to the Kashmir issue. He also called on India to end its actions in Kashmir and to respect the wishes of the people living there.
